Instruction for 16th Sept 2011

1) Digital Presentation Board

Go to ADMT google site, download three presentation board samples from the Digital Presentation Board Sample folder. I have gone through these samples in class before. The sample are meant to be a reference.

Next, on the same google site, download 2 pages of digital presentation board samples from the Digital Presentation Board Template folder. Take a look at what are the things required to go onto the Digital Presentation Board. Prepare the content and images that are suppose to go onto the Digital Presentation Board.

What to submit at the end of the lesson
i) A brief write up of what is the purpose of the building and the concept behind the design.

Post the brief write up on the ADMT Blog.
Title of post: Project Name

ii) Images to go onto the Digital Presentation Board

Create Folder, name the folder Index Number_Name_Images

Put in all the screen shot images into the folder that you have created earlier.
Please make sure that you have named the file accordingly, e.g. level 1, level 2, Auditorium, etc.

2) Journal Self Check

Check ADMT blog, title of post Journal Checklist.
Check that you have everything that are stated on the journal checklist in your ADMT Journal.
Make the necessary improvement and changes.

Final Submission of Journal and google sketchup model for marking is on the 7th Oct 2011. If there are no submission on the 7th Oct 2011, 5pm, the journal and model that you have submitted earlier will be considered to be the final copy.
