Re-design the toy such that when the wheel rotates, the body will move concurrently in an oscillating motion.
(a) Suggest a mechanism that would result in the above motion.
(b) Sketch out how the suggested mechanisms are being applied to the design of the toy. Label your sketches.
Question 2
The figure below shows a folding stand for an electronic keyboard.
The sketch is clear cut and straight forward.
ReplyDeleteHowever, the labelling is not really clear and there are no explanation.
The duck's presentation is not as clear as it could be. The main problem is that the wheels do not seem to be attached to the board. The movements need to be explained more in order to make this more easy to understand how this works. This presentation needs a lot of guess work.
ReplyDeleteThe Folding table's presentation is done alright. It just needs some explanation on the movement and how the folding works. If you explain the type of movement this will be better.
